Situation :

The villa is located in the centre of the residence of Nianing, in the southern part of the "Petite Cote", 80km from Dakar and 8km after Mbour, at the exit of the village of Nianing, 500 meters from the sea. The villa is composed of:

Ground floor:

A beautifully equipped kitchen: A gas cooker with 5 nozzles, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator combined with a deep freezer, a water filter (very important for your intestine safety), an electric coffeemaker and crockery for 8 people

A living room: Roomy with settee and armchairs out of leather, stereo equipment to party with music. Television (satellite tv) with dvd and video cassette player to freshen your hot afternoons. Amy can give you the satellite TV card to get a subscribtion to any stations you'd like during your stay.

A dining room: It communicates with the living room and gives direct access to the kitchen, there are a table and chairs for 6.

A bedroom: A 140 cm bed with a mosquito net and a large wardrobe for storage, air conditioning and a private bathroom with shower and washbasin.

Water closed: Separate from the bedroom and the bathroom, accessible to all.

Garage: Spacious, with a lot of storage room, also laundry room, comprising a washing machine, an ironing table with vapour, tools (ask Amy) for your potential small repairs (you never know!) 2 mountain bikes for your outings. An electric barbecue, gardening tools (if you're tempted) etc…

First floor :

1 st room: on a mezzanine, two 90cm beds with their own mosquito net. Wardrobes for storage. Air conditioning. Can also be used as a second small living room.

2 nd room: One double bed with mosquito net. Air conditioning. A large cupboard for storage. Direct access to the bathroom shared with the mezzanine.

Bathroom: One washbasin, a spacious shower and a WC. A hair dryer, towels and a carpet. Accessible by the two rooms.

Note: we furnish sheets and towels, an inflatable reserve bed for 2 and a children's bed to be fitted.

Outside:

Large terrace under a straw roof, with teak table and chairs, where you will spend most of your time considering the climate.

And when the heat gets you… a little plunge into the 9m by 5m swimming pool and then you can dry on one of 4 beach chairs around the pool. Unless you prefer finding refreshment under the straw hut bar at the back of the garden.

A garden with lots of trees and very colourful.

Other features of comfort:

The villa has a water pressurization system . Indeed, the water supply network does not always give the desired pressure and we installed a reserve of 3 m3 and a hydrosphere for maintaining a constant pressure.

Air conditioning in all the rooms.

If you so desire, Amy can provide you with a Senegalese phone chip, so you can call locally without international cost. For 5000 CFA, you can credit the chip and you can return it to Amy when you leave.
