Renting Prices (*)(**)

Low season, from June to September - High season, from October to May

(*) 220€/week during high season and 200€/week in low season as from the 5th week.

(**) "last minute" price !! If you book less then 10 days before your arrival: One week €320, two weeks for €540, three weeks for €710.

Internet Connection: 13€ for 1 week, 20€ for 2 weeks, 27€ for 3 weeks and 30€ for 4 weeks.

Included in the renting price :

• Bed linnen, water consumption
• Towels
• Garden and pool maintenance

Not included in the renting price :

• Electricity consumption: Amy will take the meter at your arrival and at your departure and you will pay the consumption to her prior to your departure.
• Amy's salary is €40 per week to be payed at the beginning of each week
